4.3.1.6.
Fitting Straight Line
With the function Calculate > Intersections
> Fitting Straight Line the
fitting straight line through a number of points can be calculated and the plane
coordinates of the adjusted points can be saved.
After the start of the
function the point list is empty. With the <Insert> button points can be added to the fitting straight
line.
Enter the point number in the
PntNo field and click <OK>.
Alternatively, click on the points in the graphic screen of GART-2000®
CE.
The field Distance
allows the entry of a fixed distance from the point to the fitting straight
line.
With the <OK>
button the point is added to the list for the fitting straight-line adjustment.
If the list contains more than two points the fitting straight line is shown in
the graphic screen of GART-2000® CE.
With <X>
the input dialog can be exited.
With the <Delete>
button points can be deleted from the fitting straight line.
The columns in the list
contain the following information:
PointNo. | X-value (in straight line direction) |
Y-value (fixed distance from the fitting straight line) |
vY (correction in Y-direction) |
With <Print> the adjustment
results can be inserted into a file (see 4.5.7
Protocol).
With <Save>
a selected point can be moved to the fitting straight line. The coordinate input
dialog is opened automatically.
